Wir erbringen die Rechtsdienstleistungen, die von der Gründung einer Gesellschaft bis zu ihrer Liquidation benötigt werden. Wir helfen Gesellschaften bei alltäglichen Fragen: Wir gründen Gesellschaften verschiedener Rechtsformen, erstellen Dokumente der Aktionäre oder interne Dokumente, Geschäftsordnungen des Vorstands (valdyba) u. a. Darüber hinaus helfen wir bei besonderen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit dem Formwechsel (pertvarkymas) oder der Reorganisation (reorganizavimas). Beispielsweise erstellen wir Dokumente und vertreten Mandanten beim Wechsel der Rechtsform einer Gesellschaft sowie bei der Erhöhung oder Herabsetzung des Kapitals einer Gesellschaft.
