Reorganisations and seperations of companies

If you have a goal to reduce the risks of a legal entity, to separate activities, to separate assets, etc., we can help. We provide corporate reorganisation services. Companies can be reorganised by merger, where one or more legal entities are merged into another legal entity, which receives all the rights and obligations of the reorganised legal entity and only one of them continues its activities, or by amalgamation, where two or more legal entities are merged into a new legal entity, which receives all the rights and obligations of the reorganised legal entities. Legal persons may be divided by division, whereby the rights and obligations of one legal person are assumed by other existing legal persons, or by division, whereby the rights and obligations of one legal person are distributed to other existing legal persons. We also assist in the separation of companies. This means that one legal entity that remains in existence and continues to operate after the spin-off is used to create another legal entity or legal entities by dividing its assets and liabilities.
