Establishment of legal entities
We set up legal entities of various legal forms: private limited companies (UAB), joint stock companies (AB), small partnerships (MB), public institutions (PFI), charity and support funds, branches and representative offices of foreign companies, etc. We provide all services related to the establishment of legal entities: consultations, preparation of documents, registration and withdrawal, representation during the process, assistance in opening bank accounts, etc. If a foreign person wants to set up a legal entity in Lithuania, it is not necessary to come to Lithuania. The necessary processes can be carried out remotely.
