Contractual disputes

We help resolve disputes over the implementation or misimplementation of collective agreements, including the application or misapplication to workers and employers covered by them.

We assist clients in deferring and rescheduling the payment of tax arrears to the budget, thus protecting the client from compulsory tax collection. In addition, we prepare and submit documents and applications to the tax authorities. Once we have obtained the desired decision, we take care of the additional conditions.

We seek to have the termination declared unlawful and to reinstate the terminated contract if the bank has unilaterally terminated the contract with the client. While the dispute is pending, we take all legal measures to suspend the recovery of the terminated contracts.

We seek to challenge unfair unilateral terms and conditions in a contract with a client to ensure that the client is an equal partner in the contract. We represent the client’s rights before various authorities in the course of the dispute in order to achieve a prompt and effective resolution.
