We represent company directors in various disputes with shareholders, for example, in claims for damages.

We prepare various documents in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings: pre-trial documents to initiate insolvency proceedings against the debtor, petitions to the court to initiate insolvency proceedings, explanations to the court regarding the debtor’s insolvency proceedings, applications for confirmation of a creditor’s claim, various appeals, petitions for fraudulent bankruptcy etc.

We represent the rights of managers and shareholders and other persons in disputes arising out of actions brought by the insolvency administrator for the annulment of transactions, for the declaration of wilful bankruptcy or for damages.

We also represent the interests of the bankrupt or restructured companies themselves, both before and after insolvency proceedings are opened.
